Freight & handling
Public orders within New Zealand are freight free (pretty cool!), and are sent by Post Haste or PBT. Delivery takes 1-2 business days, or sometimes 3 business days if you live way out in the wopwops. We'll email you a tracking number once the order has been packed up and is ready to go - if you don't receive a tracking number, give us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send it to you
International orders are sent with UPS or NZ Post, and generally take 3-6 days to Australia and 5-12 days to the rest of the world. International freight charges are calculated whilst viewing your cart. All orders over $250 are free anywhere on this earth (apart from maybe Antarctica... sorry guys!)
We can only process your order once payment has been approved. If payment is made by direct deposit and required urgently, then please send an email with a screen shot of the bank confirmation page to email@example.com, and we will consider it confirmed. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.
