Returns

If you'd like to cancel your order, or if you're unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we're happy to accept your items up to two weeks after your purchase. We'll credit you so long as the item is still in its original condition and in its original packaging. The cost of return freight is your responsibility, but we have a wide network of dealers who can sometimes help you out - please get in touch if you're finding your return particularly difficult. 

If you'd like to return or exchange something, just send it back with your order number or even better a copy of the purchase - If you have paid shipping on your order, it isn't refundable, sorry. 

Return or Exchange  Instructions:

  1. Get the item ready to be sent ( write us a note as to what you'd like done )

  2. Fill out  Customer Information if sending from outside NZL.The Order # is listed on the top right of your Packing List (Sales Order Number: 000000).

  3. In Step 2 indicate whether you are returning the item for a refund or need to exchange the item.

  4. For returns, the original credit card or bank account will be credited. If the exchange is more than the original item price indicate the card to be charged the difference in the Payment Method box on the lower right corner of the form.

  5. For exchanges, fill out Step 4 to indicate the new items.

  6. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible. Be sure to include the Return or Exchange form. Cut out and attach the shipping label provided on your form. Mail all returns and exchanges to:

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier - we're not responsible for packages that aren't received. 

Credit Notes
Once your item(s) is received, we'll issue you with a credit note that can be used against any items within a period of six months. 

Exchanges
Sometimes stuff just doesn't quite fit properly! If you'd like to exchange something for a different size or colour, then please indicate this when you return the item. If you're a dealer then we'll send your new items out free of charge... if you're a member of the Kiwi public then you don't have to pay shipping anyway, you lucky devil!
